<p>Astfel,<a href="http://airclicks.net/tag/lufthansa/"> <strong>Lufthansa</strong></a> se așteaptă probleme pe aeroporturile din Hamburg, Bremen, Berlin și Hanovra. Lufthansa atrage atenția că și zborurile din Germania către Sandinavia și Marea Britanie pot suferi modificări pe 25 mai.</p>
<p><strong><a href="http://airclicks.net/tag/klm/">KLM</a></strong> a anunțat deja că anulează mai multe zboruri din Stavanger, Kristiansand, Bergen, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Newcastle și Aberdeen către Amsterdam (corespondentele de astazi, de la Amsterdam spre aceste aeroporturi au fost anulate și, ca atare, nu există aeronave care să opereze cursele de la destinație spre hub-ul KLM). <strong>KLM</strong> a decis să anuleze și zborurile spre și de la Bremen, Hanovra, Hamburg și Linkoping. <a href="http://www.klm.com/travel/ro_en/prepare_for_travel/up_to_date/flight_update/index.htm" target="_blank">Lista completă cu numerele zborurilor anulate de KLM o găsiți aici</a>.</p>
<p><strong><a href="http://airclicks.net/tag/air-france/">Air France</a></strong> a anunțat că norul vulcanic a afectat operațiunile sale din/spre Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Newcastle și Dundee, aeroporturi din Marea Britanie. <p><strong><a href="http://airclicks.net/tag/british-airways/">British Airways</a></strong> a anunțat că mai multe zboruri pot fi anulate miercuri, după ce previziunile legate de deplasarea norului vulcanic au indicat prezența cenușei vulcanice deasupra părții de nord a Europei. Compania își sfătuiește pasagerii <a href="http://www.britishairways.com/travel/flightops/public/en_ro?p_faqid=4212" target="_blank">să verifice statusul zborurlui direct pe site-ul companiei</a> și să nu meargă la aeroport dacă zborul a fost anulat.</p>
<p><strong><a href="http://airclicks.net/tag/ryanair/">Ryanair</a></strong> a anulat deja toate zborurile de pe aeroporturile din Bremen, Lubeck și Magdeburg care trebuia să decoleze/aterizeze pe 25 mai până la ora 14:00. Compania îi sfătuiește pe pasageri să verifice pagina <a href="http://www.ryanair.com/en/flight-info">http://www.ryanair.com/en/flight-info</a> pentru verificarea statusului zborului, înainte de a pleca către aeroport.</p>
<p><strong><a href="http://airclicks.net/tag/easyjet/">Easyjet</a></strong> nu a anulat deocamdată nici un zbor pentru data de 25 mai, însă, compania atrage atenția asupra faptului că unele zboruri din/spre Edinburgh, Glasgow, Newcastle, Amsterdam, Dortmund, Berlin și Copenhaga ar putea fi afectate de norul de cenușă vulcanică. <a href="http://easyjet.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5223" target="_blank">Satusul zborurilor se poate verifica aici.</a></p>

Astfel, începând cu data de 4 aprilie Ryanair va aplica o taxă de 2 euro/pasager pentru un „fond al compensațiilor”. Ryanair a atacat în nenumărate rânduri legislația europeană cu privire la drepturile pasagerilor de a primi compensații financiare în cazul zborurilor care suferă întârzieri mai mari de două ore sau sunt anulate. Conform legislației europene (EU261/2004) pasagerii cărora le este refuzată îmbarcarea sau ale căror zboruri au fost anulate au dreptul la o compensaţie cuprinsă între 125 € şi 600 € în funcţie de distanţa zborului şi de întârzierile înregistrate înainte de redirecţionare. <p><strong>Considerați că legislația europeană este una corectă? Considerați taxa impusă de Ryanair ca fiind una legitimă? </strong></p>
<p>Iată mai jos comunicatul <a href="http://www.ryanair.com" target="_blank">Ryanair</a>:</p>
<blockquote><p><strong>Ryanair to Introduce EU261 Compensation Levy of €2</strong></p>
<p>Ryanair, Europe’s favourite airline, today (30th Mar) announced it would introduce a €2 levy per passenger for all bookings made from Monday 4th April 2011 in order to fund its costs of flight cancellations, delays and its EU261 costs in “force majeure” cases where the airline is not responsible for either the delays or cancellations.</p>
<p>Ryanair confirmed that over the past year it has suffered costs of over €100m arising from flight cancellations, delays and providing right to care, compensation and legal expenses arising from more than 15,000 flight cancellations and over 2.4 million disrupted passengers, with the majority of these claims arising in three periods during which Ryanair was prevented from flying by the failure/inaction of third parties including:<br />
a) the Icelandic volcano airspace closures of April/May 2010,<br />
b) the snow closures of many EU airports during November/December 2010,<br />
c) over 15 days of national ATC strikes, primarily in Belgium, France, Germany and Spain in summer 2010, which caused repeated flight delays and cancellations.</p>
<p>Ryanair believes that the unfair and discriminatory elements of the airline EU261 regulations should be amended to relieve airlines of the burden of providing care in cases where the cancellations and/or delays are clearly not the responsibility or fault of the airlines.</p>
<p>It is unfair and discriminatory that airlines are made liable for providing refunds, meals, hotels and phonecalls during ATC strikes, bad weather airport closures, or (volcanic) airspace closures when even travel insurance companies avoid liability during these “force majeure” events, and when competing transport providers (rail, ferries and coach operators) have no such “force majeure” liability under their equivalent EU261 regulations.</p>
<p>These unfair and discriminatory EU261 expenses cannot be loaded onto airlines without being passed on to passengers. Over the past year, Ryanair has suffered more than €100m arising from flight delays, cancellations and related right to care compensation, and legal costs overturning unlawful fines by Government regulators who have tried to extend EU261 to cover cases specifically excluded from EU261.</p>
<p>Ryanair’s €2 EU261 levy will help to defray these costs, which are not recoverable from Governments, ATC providers or airports and which therefore fall on the airlines in their entirety. Ryanair also confirmed that if the EU261 regulations are reformed, to include an effective right of recovery clause and a non discriminatory “force majeure” clause then it will reduce and/or eliminate this levy altogether as Ryanair’s cancellation and delay costs reduce over the coming years.</p>
<p>Ryanair’s Stephen McNamara said:</p>
<p>“The EU261 regulations are clearly discriminatory in the way they are applied to airlines, by making airlines responsible for delays, cancellations and right of care expenses during force majeure events such as volcanic eruptions, the snow closure of airports and the frequent ATC strikes across Europe. Despite repeated calls, the European Commission and EU Governments have still failed to make Europe’s ATC services an essential service, which (like their U.S. ATC counterparts) should not have the right to strike.</p>
<p>“ It is clearly unfair that airlines are obliged to provide meals and accommodation for passengers (for days and weeks in some cases), simply because governments close their airspace, or air traffic controllers walk off the job, or incompetent airports fail to clear their runways of snow. When the EU261 regulations were first introduced, airlines were assured that they could recover the cost of these cancellations and delays from those parties who caused them. However the airlines have no right of recovery from Governments (when they close airspace), ATC unions (when they repeatedly walk off the job), or airports (who can’t even clear snow off their runways). It’s a crazy situation that travel insurance companies paid out nothing during the volcanic ash crisis last year (because it was an “Act of God”), yet the airlines were forced to pick up weeks of delays, cancellations, hotel and restaurant costs.</p>
<p>Our EU261 levy enables us to contribute to these costs, while still maintaining Ryanair’s unbeatable low fares. We hope that we will ultimately succeed in removing the discriminatory provisions of the EU 261 regulations which oblige airlines to suffer millions of euro in delays, cancellations and care expenses, even during “force majeure” events which are clearly beyond our control. We are also seeking to have any EU261 compensation linked to the air fare paid, as it is the case for competing rail, ferry and coach transport, so that there is a level playing field between transport providers across Europe.</p>
<p>While we regret the imposition of this €2 EU261 levy, the extraordinary costs which have been imposed on us by delays and cancellations under these discriminatory regulations must be recovered from passengers. Ryanair remains the only airline in Europe to guarantee the lowest air fares on every route we operate, and we are also one of the very few airlines in Europe to continue to avoid fuel surcharges, while many of Europe’s airlines not only levy fuel surcharges, but have been raising them unfairly in recent months”.</p></blockquote>

<p>O zi mai tarziu aceasi companie isi anunta si incetarea tuturor zborurilor din/spre Budapesta, suspendarea urmand sa se produca din 28 octombrie.</p>
<p>Wizzair a intrat pe aeroportul din Praga anul trecut luand din publicul SkyEurope, si ducand la pierderi foarte mari ale companiei concurente. Un alt exemplu care-mi vine in minte: dupa vreo doi ani de la infintarea Wizzair la Budapesta SkyEurope inceta de pe aeroportul ungar. Wizzair a invins SkyEurope de fiecare data, la Budapesta, Cracovia si Praga. SkyEurope si-a dat in cele din urma (dar nu din cauza Wizzair) obstescul sfarsit.</p>
<p>Dupa ce in 14 luni Wizzair s-a extins cat a putu la Praga, Ryanair spune &#8220;Bye, Bye Prague!&#8221; si taie putinele curse pe care le avea. Cum si la Budapesta Wizzair s-a impus foarte bine, Ryanair iese si de pe acest aeroport.</p>
<p>In consecinta:<br />
- Ryanair decide sa nu joace agresiv impotriva unei companii destul de puternice si pleaca cu coada intre picioare<br />
- Ryanair se pregateste sa achizitioneze o parte din Wizzair si atunci nu vede rostul continuarii operatiunilor pe aeroporturile unde &#8220;partenerul&#8221; are baze operationale.</p>
<p>Eu optez pentru a doua versiune! Voi ce credeti?</p>

<p>Ryanair, the World&#8217;s favourite airline, today (1st Sept), launched a €25 (one way including taxes and charges) rescue fare* for SkyEurope passengers who may have been left stranded or have had their travel plans disrupted by the bankruptcy of the airline yesterday.</p>
<p><strong>This fare applies on flights to/from Bratislava to the following destinations</strong></p>
<p>Alicante<br />
Barcelona (Girona)<br />
Brussels (Charleroi)<br />
Rome (Ciampino)<br />
Liverpool<br />
London (Stansted).</p>
<p>Ryanair also pledged to assist with the repatriation of passengers who may be caught up in any future airline collapse and advised passengers that the best way to ensure travel plans are protected is to travel only with financially secure airlines such as Ryanair.</p>

Si pentru a fi siguri ca vor putea face fata fluxului de pasageri, Ryanair a pus la dispozitia calatorilor&#8230; 11 ghisee de check-in. Este adevarat ca Ryanair incurajeaza oamenii sa-si faca check-in-ul online (optiune obligatorie de la 1 octombrie 2009), dar nici daca oamenii fac aceasta operatiune nu pot sa isi predea bagajele la timp in aeroport. The new alliance with Myair should help SkyEurope to fix the company financial problems. SkyEurope has been posting losses in both raports presented this year, and last year. <p><strong>The aim of this alliance is to create the fourth biggest low-cost airline in Europe</strong>, after Ryanair, easyJet and AirBerlin. SkyEurope head Jason Bitter said that the two cooperating airlines will play a bigger role on the European market than the one played till now.</p>
<p><strong>Need to know</strong><br />
Friday, <strong>LTE International Airways</strong> &#8211; a charter airline based in Palma di Maiorca, Spain &#8211; <strong>ceased operation</strong> due to financial problems. The company, that own 7 aircraft Airbus 320 was part of MyAir Group, the same that owns Myair.</p>
<p>On the European market other companies that merged this year: <strong>Vueling and Clickair </strong>(both Spanish airlines) and <strong>Condor, TUIfly and Germanwings</strong> (all German airlines) are still in talks for merging.</p>

Pasagerii care calatoresc cu sau fara bagaj de cala, dar vor dori sa realizeze check-in la aeroport vor achita o taxa de 10 euro per zbor.</p>
<p><strong>A doua faza &#8211; 1 mai 2009</strong><br />
Toate rezervarile care vor fi efectuate de la aceasta data vor cuprinde serviciul de check-in online, care va fi tarifat cu 5 euro per pasager per zbor. In cazul in care pasagerul opteaza pentru check-in la aeroport taxa va fi de 20 de euro per pasager per zbor.</p>
<p>Pe parcursul verii Ryanair va renunta in marea majoritate a aeroporturilor la ghiseele de check-in.</p>
<p><strong>A treia faza &#8211; 1 octombrie 2009<br />
</strong>Nici un ghiseu de check-in nu va mai fi disponibil in cadrul aeroporturilor. Pasagerilor care nu vor efectua aceasta operatiune online li se va refuza imbarcarea in aeronava.</p>
<p>Pasagerii care vor calatroii doar cu bagaj de mana nu vor plati taxa de check-in online. Pasagerii care vor calatroii cu bagaj de cala vor plat taxa de check-in online de 5 euro si taxa de bagaj (10 euro/geanta &#8211; maxim 15kg, daca se achita online inaintea zborului sau 20 de euro/geanta daca se achita pin call center sau la aeroport). Toate gentile se vor preda la &#8220;Ryanair bag drop desks&#8221;.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[Umbla vorba in targ ca se produc multe &#8220;cestiuni importante&#8221; pe piata aero pentru pasageri din Romania in 2009. Chiar daca este criza, companiile jubileaza scaderea pretului la petrol &#8211; ajuns la sub 35 dolari per baril (care va fi platit pentru petrolul consumat incepand cu luna aprilie) si se pun pe treaba&#8230; adica pe lansat zboruri noi. Asa ca, iata zvonurile (pe care nu le pot da ca sigure, chiar daca stiu ca unele sunt sigure ): - Blueair va mai lansa (in afara de anuntatele Napoli, Catania, Salonic si Paphos) inca trei &#8211; patru destinatii, cel mai probabil cu plecare din Bucuresti. Hai sa ne dam cu parerea! Eu zic ca este vorba de: Bucuresti &#8211; Rotterdam (daca nu, Eindhoven), Bucuresti &#8211; Copenhaga, Bucuresti &#8211; Atena si poate un Bacau &#8211; Barcelona sau Valencia. - Ryanair se incapataneaza si a cerut un slot la Stockholm pentru un zbor spre Romania, insa se pare ca nu a cerut vreun slot si la noi. Cool! - Wizzair ar putea anunta Bucuresti &#8211; Napoli &#8211; Bucuresti si Cluj &#8211; Napoli &#8211; Cluj, in regim de doua/trei zboruri pe saptamana. - Se zice ca Tarom vrea sa zboare la Lisabona.
