Step 3: Talk for up to 2000 minutes (over 33 hours) per month with any COSMOTE number any time during the day or night. The 2000 minutes extra option will be automatically activated every month for just €3 during the next 12 months.

It was the same when Connex launched Kamarad Prepay Card with 0.01 USD/minute if you was calling in Connex. That time most of Romanians were ussing Dialog (Orange). Now COSMOTE is trying the same thing …and I think the offer is quite catchy.

Cosmote Romanie DOES NOT rock after all..
Looking back now, I just realize that the stinky Cosmote campain was just for gaining some pre-paid fans…
That’s too bad, because the quality of their GSM service needs to be at higher standrds.
