Step 4: Find another person who has a Cosmote prepaid card to talk to.
It was the same when Connex launched Kamarad Prepay Card with 0.01 USD/minute if you was calling in Connex. That time most of Romanians were ussing Dialog (Orange). Now COSMOTE is trying the same thing …and I think the offer is quite catchy.
