In this moment it is working 100% online, that is not bad for Romania…
As I know, in this moment they are no. 1 in Romania, good prices (as you know, all have the same base rates, the difference is the service fee) and simple to use.
They still have a problem, you can not take the ticket for the same day. It should be for the next day.
