The Association of European Airlines (AEA) published the Consumer Report 2st Quarter 2005. KLM is again the number 1 in missing luggage. TAROM is a bit better, but considering the number of passengers transported there I think there will be a better way to consume kerosene than on TAROM planes.

Anyway, you have here two images. First is representing the missing luggage rates and the second is referring to flights punctuality.
In the first case the ranking were done according to the number of luggage lost at every 1000 passengers by an airline.
